After several release candidates, Before It's Gone is officially stable. It's an offline-first desktop app for tracking food expiry across your fridge, freezer, and pantry. Everything stays on your machine, nothing goes to a server unless you tell it to.

Optional email digests via Resend or SMTP, and optional cloud sync via your own Supabase project
All data stored locally by default; no account required
